We will give you a call 30 minutes before your set appointment to let you know we are on our way.
When your technician arrives, he will sanitize himself, as well as your equipment, before and after the repair.
Your technician is highly qualified and will immediately begin working to resolve the issues you have described.
After the technician has completed the repair he will thoroughly test the result and ask you to confirm the job.
Our policy ensures that our technician will never try to sell you anything what-so-ever unless it is necessary for the repair.
Once the job is completed and you are happy with the results, we will then take payment via Credit or Debit Card Terminal and send the receipt to your eMail address.
You will also receive an eMail from your technician shortly after the visit with wrap-up notes describing exactly what was done while working on your Mac or Apple device.

Furthermore, you will not have to leave your private computer with strangers for an unknown period of time, you will have it serviced quicker, and the technician will be able to focus his full attention on your specific needs directly. The rates for in-home service are often also very similar to bring-in-shops as well. It is also important to note that remote services are only possible when your computer is in working condition and can connect to the internet.

Mobile technicians today carry all the essential tools, software and spare parts with them to your home and provide a more direct attention focused service towards your specific needs than having your computer at a shop. Based on reviews throughout the world wide web, customers feel that the quality of mobile services are far superior to those conducted in a shop.

If you are experiencing issues with your wifi, audio or other hardware, you can do a PRAM and SMC reset to repair these quirks on your own.

PRAM Reset: Power your computer off. Immediately after pressing the power button to turn your mac back on, press OPTION + COMMAND + P + R all at the same time and keep them pressed until you hear the second chime, then release.

SMC Reset: Power your computer off and unplug it from the power source. Hold the left SHIFT+CONTROL+OPTION keys down, then press and hold the POWER button down. Keep all four buttons pressed down for ten seconds, then release. Plug the Mac back in and start your computer.

2 (CCleaner)	CCleaner will help remove unwanted junk and temporary files from your computer so that the actual virus removal tools can run more efficiently. It will also remove some malicious software that automatically starts when you turn on your machine. Please follow this simple procedure before going to step 3. Important: Do not restart your computer after you run CCleaner even though the software may say to do so.
3 (Malwarebytes)	Malwarebytes is currently the leading tool used to remove nearly all viral and malware infections from Windows computers. Please follow this simple procedure to run a THREAT SCAN before going to step 4. Important: Do not restart your computer after you run Malwarebytes even though the software may say to do so.
4 (SuperAntiSpyware)	SuperAntiSpyware is one of the most powerful tools used for removing harsh Viruses from your computer and is an essential step for this process to be fully successful. Please follow this simple procedure before going to step 5.
5 (Reboot)	After you have run all of the above mentioned software WITHOUT restarting your computer in-between tools, you should now restart your computer. This will conclude the Virus Removal procedure and your system should be clean.
